Terms of use
Effective: October 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Agent Docs & Quality Kit website, package, command-line interface, templates, and distributed skill. If you do not agree with them, do not use the project.
Open-source license
The software and accompanying materials are provided under the MIT License. The license controls your rights to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the software.
Responsible and authorized use
Only assess systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are responsible for defining the target, scope, timing, credentials, and safety limits of any active security work. The package creates review guidance and worksheets; installing or running it does not grant permission to test a service, account, network, device, or production environment.
No automatic assurance
Generated documentation, audit output, worksheets, and AI-assisted recommendations are aids, not guarantees of correctness, security, compliance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Findings begin as Unverified and require appropriate evidence and qualified human review.
Your projects and content
You retain responsibility for the source code, documentation, evidence, credentials, personal information, and other content you process with the tool. Review generated files before committing, publishing, or sharing them. Do not place secrets or sensitive live-target details in public repositories or reports.
Third-party services
Cloudflare, GitHub, GitHub Pages, npm, AI providers, and linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. This project does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or data practices.
Warranty and liability
The project is provided "as is," without warranty, consistent with the MIT License. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the authors and copyright holders are not liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from use of the project. Nothing on this website is legal, compliance, or professional security advice.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the project or its operating model changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material software-license changes require an update to the repository's license file.
